The importance of grounding for healers
If you want to keep your balance in life you have to stay grounded. The work we have done in these past days reminds us of that. If you want to become a stable healer, you also have to be very grounded because you as a healer work with very fine energies. All fine vibrations need very good grounding.
While I am talking keep one foot on the floor and take the other foot in your hands, if you are able to do so. Or do it while the foot is on the floor. Just give the foot a kind of massage. Bend the toes towards the heel ‑ count to five and stretch out again and keep doing this several times. You can place your thumbs from the other hand underneath the foot and make pressure. Work with your feet while I am talking. Or you can just continually breathe a yellow or red colour of energy down into your feet.
Pir Zia has recently been teaching 'The anatomy of illumination'. A person named Shaykh Ali Hujviri says: ´A sufi is one whose thoughts follow his foot. He is totally present: his soul is where his body is and his body is where his soul is, and his soul is where his foot is and his foot is where his soul is. This is a sign for presence without absence.´ You know that the Earth energy is also named tulleric energy. Pir Vilayat says that the strongest energy goes through the soles of the feet up to the bottom of your spine and the root chakra. It is this energy which can develop kundalini. But the energy which balances us is the energy coming from above, the angelic energy of pure spirit. He also says that you cleanse your energy through the soles of your feet. So be conscious of your outbreath and direct it down through the feet into the Earth. Now change and work on the other foot. The ankle and the feet complete each other in cleansing. Walking is good and also whirling where the ankles and the feet improve the energy at the 'feathers' at the ankles.
The light in the aura around the ankles is seen as feathers and is like the picture of Hermes. Pir Zia says: ´Through the feet the soul is continually in contact with the Earth.´ He recommends breathing silently through the feet into the earth to make progress in life. Place the feet on the Earth and try to just breathe in and out the soles of the feet with a subtle breath to work for progress in life. Then lie down on the floor whilst using a subtle breath and breathe in through the feet saying Ya Shafi and breathing out saying Ya Khafi.
We use Pir Vilayat´s practise Ya Muid, bringing tulleric energy from the Earth up to the spine, and Ya Quddus bringing angelic energy from above down through the body. On the breath sense how we come into contact with the Earth. We focus on the planet Earth, our Mother Earth. The planet is our home. We have to pay attention to this dear home. Just visualise the planet which we belong to. We look at it from far away. It looks so beautiful. Look at it, and focus on a part of it. It could be a landscape. It could be the nourished soil or the ocean. Perhaps the power inside the Earth which materialises in the enormous vulcanoes. Move your sight to another part of the globe. Just sit a little while and become absorbed into a detail of the planet which you feel is a part you are drawn into. A part where your heart and your soul belongs. Then look at the whole planet. Whatever feeling you may recognise, let it reflect in your body. We try to make the planet present. And in making us conscious of our planet Earth we can unite in the feeling of a place where all of us relate. We depend on the planet and we want to care for it. Very kindly you can try to wrap a soft coloured material around the globe. A colour as you see it in the Northern light at nights. Send healing to Earth on your outbreath. Use the Wazifa Muhyi ‑ regeneration ‑ several times on the breath. Let us take care of our Mother Earth as we like to take care of a little child: With unconditional love. We can vizualise that we take the planet in our parental arms. Now we are going listen to a piece of Bach music. The vibrations of this music seem to me like the vibrations from the Earth. Just listen silently to the first piece. For the next piece get up and walk very slowly on your feet. One foot after the other feeling the ground under your feet, while you walk. And think of the words of Pir Vilayat. ´You make progress while you walk.´
